  • Aged Shelf Corporation (Chosen from available Inventory)

  • Transfer Aged Corporation to Client + Purchase, Filing and Transfer Fees

  • Preparation of Foreign Registration Documentation (Client is responsible for signing and mailing document and making payment - varies by State)

  • Set up of Aged Corporation in Clients name

  • Set up of NEW Tax ID Number Assignment (EIN #) for new Client

  • Certificate of Good Standing from Aged Corporation’s original State

  • 25% off of any additional Package/Service offered (Must be purchased within 7 business days)
