Client agrees to purchase an AGED SHELF CORPORATION from

Corporate Development Fund, Inc., which includes the following:

Aged Shelf Corporation (Chosen from available Inventory)
Transfer Aged Corporation to Client + Purchase, Filing and Transfer Fees
Preparation of Foreign Registration Documentation (Client is responsible for signing and mailing document and making payment - varies by State)
Set up of Aged Corporation in Clients name
Set up of NEW Tax ID Number Assignment (EIN #) for new Client
Certificate of Good Standing from Aged Corporation’s original State
